Kindergarten is an exciting step for children and for parents. We partner together with the Chippewa Falls Public School District to better prepare the children for Kindergarten. 4K is based on the Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards that are aligned with the state’s K-12 academic standards.

This program ensures school readiness by allowing for social interaction, building comfort levels with routine and processes and enabling children to engage with peers their own age. Children are provided with daily learning opportunities for language and reasoning, problem solving, science, math, block play, dramatic play, art and music. The children direct their own learning while the teacher’s build on their natural curiosities.

This program allows for increased interaction with materials and activities, and focuses on the development of more independent work habits.
