Milestones’ School-Age Summer Program provides children with a safe, welcoming place to spend their summer learning, exploring, creating, and connecting with friends. Our program gives children opportunities to make choices, follow their interests, build independence, and enjoy a variety of meaningful and fun experiences throughout the summer.
Our experienced teachers take the time to get to know each child and what makes them curious and excited to learn. Children are encouraged to share their ideas, explore their interests, and participate in experiences that are engaging, creative, hands-on, and fun.
Throughout the summer, children enjoy a variety of activities, projects, special events, community experiences, and field trips. Our programming changes regularly and follows the interests of the children, with opportunities for everything from science and experiments to building and creating, cooking, art, outdoor adventures, and exploring the world around
us.
Summer also includes opportunities to maintain reading skills, enjoy time outdoors, visit local parks and libraries, go swimming and bowling, and participate in a variety of field trips and special events. Our goal is to make summer at Milestones a time children look forward to—a place where they can have fun, build friendships, explore their interests, and create lasting memories.
